Poco has finally launched its budget smartphone Poco X5 5G in India. This Poxo X5 joins the Poco X5 Pro 5G as the second smartphone in the X series in India this year.

The new Poco X5 5G phone comes with a 6.67-inch Full DH+ Super AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 1200 nits of peak brightness. This phone also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass layer and SGS Care and Seamless Pro Display certifications.
The new phone has the company’s proprietary huge camera island which includes a rectangular bump to the camera housing. There are three Cameras housed on the back of this phone including a 48MP primary shooter, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro sensor. It has also a 13MP selfie shooter and features like HDR, AI scene detection, night mode, portrait mode, and more.
Poco X5 phone is powered by the Snapdragon 695 chipset coupled with the Adreno 619 GPU. It has 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage and also supports the Turbo RAM feature for an additional 5GB of RAM. The Poco X5 phone comes with a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging. It comes with an IP53 rating.
In addition, the Poco X5 phone runs MIUI 13 based on Android 12 and will soon get MIUI 14 based on Android 13. The new Poco X5 phone has 7 5G band support, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm audio jack, and more.
