You will see an Archive option in the drop-down menu.

Tap on that Archive option in the drop-down menu and your photo or post will be removed from your Instagram feed. You can also recover that photo if you want to show or unhide that post later. You have to simply go to your profile and tap on the three horizontal lines on the top of the right corner. After this, tap on the Archive and you will see all your shared Instagram stories. Tap on the posts Archive option and then tap on the show on profile option. Now your posts or photos will be shown on your Instagram feed.
